returns and exchanges
If an item is defective we will gladly exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. Simply call us and let us know and we start the exchange process.
Please note all sales are final and not eligible for refunds, but you may exchange the item for store credit. Customer is responsible for shipping.
We currently offer shipping on our products to the continental United States. We will gladly ship to Alaska and Hawaii but additional shipping charges may be applicable. Please call us if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska for more information.
We can sometimes ship outside of the United States. Please call us to inquire about purchasing if you are located outside of the United States.
